On Proposed Regulations at 105 CMR 725.000: Implementation of An Act for Humanitarian Medical Use of Marijuana (Chapter 369 of the Acts of 2012)
March 29 - The Department of Public Health will file draft regulations with the Secretary of State
April 10 - The draft regulations will be presented to the Public Health Council, an independent, appointed body of doctors, educators and policy specialists.
April 19 - Public hearings at Public Health Council, Department of Public Health, 250 Washington Street, Henry I. Bowditch Public Health Council Room - 2nd Floor, Boston, MA.
May 8 - The Council will approve, deny, or change the regulations.
May 24 - If the regulations are approved on May 8, they will go into effect.
