It's Almost Time For Marijuana Dispensaries In Massachusetts!

Since January 1, 2013, no qualified patient or doctor can be denied participation in the state’s medical marijuana program. The law allows in the first year for 35 outlets, or dispensaries, in the state’s 14 counties, with at least 1, but not more than 5, per county.
