The Comcast "Digital" Swindle

Before I start, I have to say that since January of '07, the price of Basic Cable has gone up 185 Percent and internet has gone up 132 Percent!

See included document, Comcast: "You'll Need To Verify That All Of Your TVs Are Connected To A Digital Adapter."

Mind you, "analog" hasn't been in existence since rabbit ear antennas!

There has not been "signal attenuation" or "ghosting" previously found in analog signals, in several decades.

This is not a new service!

This is just a gimmick concocted by the monopolizing Comcast company to price-gouge more money for an already paid-for feature in their current service.

Comcast ran an ad campaign where they told (with a coupon) for everybody to get a propriety digital adapter and none of them worked!

Now, they only accept set-top boxes from those whom they get kickbacks, such as Motorola, etc . . .

In lieu of Comcast's conversion to a so-called "All Digital Format", as if it wasn't already, Comcast is taking their uncompressed digital signal and charging me for my own "compatible" digital television, and calling it an "extra service".
